HAVANA -- U.S. Congresswoman Laura Richardson, representative of the 37th Congressional District of California, is seen in this picture with Ricardo Alarcon de Quesada, President of the Cuban Parliament (known in Cuba as the National Assembly of the People's Power of Cuba). 

Richardson took this photo while a trip to Cuba with five other members of the Congressional Black Caucus. The six congressional leaders also met in Havana with Fidel and Raul Castro.
